In order to provide you the most polished and high quality content, we have created a new dedicated realm to test future content without impacting the live realm's performance.
This Wednesday (2015/10/14), Zul’Gurub will be available on the PTR at 8pm server time.
The date may be delayed to Thursday due to internal obligations. If this happens then you will be informed Tuesday evening.
With the BWL PTR, it was observed that some guilds were doing their progress on the PTR instead of using the realm as a testing and reporting tool. In this regard, the PTR will be only open for a week of intense testing.
After the first week, the development team will work on the reports.
After the fix period, the PTR will open again with specific points to be checked by guilds. The instance will be limited accordingly.
Reviews needed:
* Spells,
* Exploits,
* Behaviors,
* Quests,
* Mechanics,
* Events,
* Creature position,
* Texts (if any).
Every player that reached level 60 on the live realm by the 2015/10/10 will have access to the PTR.
The database snapshot will start tomorrow morning.
We expect reports from each guild participating and we want it to be as comprehensive as possible on our Bugtracker.
Note that it is mandatory to back your reports with official links and sources to assure that the issue is valid. If the reports are not complete e.g. lacking content or sources, it will be stated as "Invalid" without further investigation. Reports will only be accepted on the bugtracker therefore, do not bother creating a ticket or a thread as it will not be reviewed.
Feel free to share your experience on the PTR with everyone through streams, videos, etc. Do not be afraid to make it public!
