Urok Doomhowl has no loot table for a while now. Killed it a couple times the last few days, although the spawn rate is now correct and he only spawns once (previously we got like 3 of them in sequence), he now doesn't drop anything. Nor the blues, and not even Warosh' mojo for the quest involving him.
I'm glad I completed that quest before, and got the volume III top half.

Hate to be that guy, but it's either December 2015 or January 2016, unless you want to wait 11 months until implementing these patchnotes

^ It would be nice if we got at least a little specifics on some of the notes. For example instead of saying:

Fixed Druid Maul and Swipe threat

Instead say something like:

Fixed Druid Maul and Swipe threat (Was previously much higher than intended)
