Doesn't exist in the current patch we are on. Remember the item progression? We're currently on patch 1.2 pve content and item / quest wise.

Domo loot didn't exist until 1.4 or 1.5

Still not working

Patch notes are a summary of the fixes of the week. Fixes are applied one by one on live server, not all at the same time right when patchnote is displayed. Thus, it is possible last fixes are not on live server yet.

A more clear patch log would be much appreciated however.
Right now, it is difficult to know if a patch is applied or not. We don't know if a fix working or not and cannot give feedback to the dev team responsively.
