I really do hope that the Nostalrius-staff realise that this quite WILL be interpreted as "No official legacy servers? Then we'll start up Nostalrius again", and that this was the intention aswell.
What ever happens, it will be good.
Scenario #1: Blizzard release official legacy-realms that are PURE vanilla. No fancy bells and whistles.
Scenario #2: Blizzard doesnt mention legacy at all. Nostalrius opens their server again from an east european host to get away from EVIL CORPORATE BLIZZARD LAWERS.

Could Nost staff even try and re-open Nost? I mean, they went to a meeting with blizzard, those guys know their names, where they live...

If they host it in a country in which it isnt against the law, there's nothing blizzard can do.
