Nostalrius has done its part and is now a thing from the past. It died when you decided to comply to a CnD letter from Blizzard and selling out all your community.

Elysium is where the community will stick next months whether you like it or not. I sincerely hope they dont give in to this ridiculous request of yours (database isn't a damn gift to ask back - its our time and effort).

Blizz is losing subscriptions at an alarming rate and now they are trying to plug the leak. That they are strongarming you guys is fucked up, and you going along with it AGAIN shows how you have not been paying attention. Or alternatively, you are very easily manipulated.

Sorry, but just because you are being manipulated, doesn't mean the rest of us are so easily played or will be manipulated as well.

If Blizzard is so worried about losing subscriptions, then they need to open up their own legacy servers. Until then, people are going to play on private servers. If not Elysium, then they will play on Crestfall, Warmane, Netherwing, Dalaran-Wow, Kronos or any other private server that suits the players taste. You are extremely naive to think that if people stop playing on Elysium they will stop playing on private servers completely. You weren't the first and you won't be the last, so it's time to check your egos.

I'm guessing you are being negatively influenced and someone is holding a figurative gun to your heads. So your post can be forgiven if it was made under duress. And that is the only thing I will accept, because if you posted this of your own free will then it's quite apparent you are not right in the head. Bottom line, your post is so silly, the only true course of action for all players would be to ignore it and continue playing as usual.

I actually think i speak for the whole Nostalrius Community when i say, it's actualy a pure disappointment to read this.

When a year ago was it getting hot you as the staff of nostalrius saw that you can count on us as your community, even we were not there in person, i guess u felt that u were not alone with the whole situation. Countless videos on youtube, 300.000 signatures and we actually made it happend that Blizzard at least payed somewhat we can call attention to this whole legacy server thing.

And now? You betray us with such a post, it's just words and we're talking about a fictional game/charakters/data whatever u wanna call it. But no matter how we name that, you betrayed thousands of people which got your back at a point were i guess you guys were fucking happy to see that you were not alone.


This is my last logging on this forum and my last post.
All i have to say is that you guys should be ashamed for what u have posted right there.
