A donation is a charitable gift. In no way does it give people the right to demand anything from the Nost team. They owe you nothing, it is a free service. Be grateful.

Is there a way to tell how many unique posters there are in this thread?

I'm certainly as impatient as anyone else, but I can also imagine that the devs might be extraordinarily busy right now. If there are enough impatient wannaservers in this thread, maybe we could agree on a time to do our own tests. Can we find 200-300 people who'd be willing to log in at the same time to try to emulate what it will be like and then practice for when it comes out?

I definitely want to jump in, but I don't think it's right to harass the people who are probably working their asses off to make it happen.

Agreed. It wouldn't take much time to post a new thread that says: "NOS Team: Hi everyone. We are sorry to keep you waiting. Please be patient as we are working hard to announce something soon!"

Announcement or not the behaviour of some people on this thread is disgusting and cringe-worthy. It hasn't even been a week.

Lack of transparency makes people nervous. The Devs don't owe the community anything but a lack of communication can be very frustrating to players regardless. Telling the community there will be an announcement by the weekend and then saying nothing is not the way to earn the community's trust. Even a, "We're still working on things, so we'll have an announcement later," post would be better than silence.

My time is just as valuable as everyone else's in this thread, players and devs - pvprs, douchbags and pvers. We were told an announcement would be made before the weekend - the least we could get would be a short blurb saying "we are still working on it." I respect the small hard working dev team, I'd just appreciate a reach around...
