My tired ass brain works in mysterious ways sometime. Thought that the underlined sentence was regarding the new item update, and that this was being monitored/discussed between GM's. Sometimes 1+1 is harder than it should be i guess haha, my bad.

Not correct. Wowwiki & Wowpedia both state patch 1.11.0 (which is correct).

The healing mace, along with spelldamage dagger, fast 1h sword, spelldamage 2h mace, healing offhand and spelldamage offhand were added with patch 1.11.0 (Naxxramas).
