Words can't express how incredibly disappointed I am. And how mislead I feel.

Because of the great community you built and the passion you showed for the game, I was willing to give you guys the benefit of the doubt when all the cynics were trash-talking you for shutting down the server, meeting with Blizzard, and mocking the the ultimatum you gave Blizzard before Blizzcon.

Turns out they were right. Blizzard called your bluff. They played you, and then you played us with this shitty announcement after all the hype you built up.

Furthermore, an important part of Nostalrius volunteers are already working there, some under different names.
We will continue collaborating closely with them. This collaboration could include additional "things" to share with them if necessary to achieve this goal.

This means that it will be basically NOSTALRIUS 2.0. They didnt say anything about database so I have no idea why are you assuming that they won't pass it to Elysium. And I really hope they won't do it. Fuck your 60's and your epics. If you care more about your silly character than community you can go play some shitty insta-60 fun server and never come back to Nostalrius. And yes, the source code was one of the things why people were playing on Nostalrius. It was super polished and stable as nothing else out there. And now it will be passed to Elysium so most likely, server that they'll host will have same stability and bug-free environment. And even if some problems will occur - There will be people from Nostalrius who will know how to take care of it.
There is still no official announcement from Elysium administration and you have literally 0 details about how this transition will be held but for some reason, most of you cry babies already started to cry about how bad, bugged, lagged, shady it will be. This thread is pure cancer.
