Account transfer information

I changed my email address when i did the transfer. i just wanted to use my usual email, instead of an email i barely use (which was actually used for nost account....unfortunately). I rushed the register process in elysium website so i didnt see the "change email address warning".
Now given i still have access to the old email address, what should i do to minimize the chance of getting investigated/banned?
I should have the same ip when i register elysium and last played nost char, would that help?

Did anyone have an issue with characters not showing up on the control pannel on elysium? It might be that this side account of mine was truly empty, but I generally dont mass create accounts but have as much as possible on one so it seems rather odd.
Anyone else experienced that?

Pymp3k, use your token on the Elysium account control panel to transfer your characters over.

Aslan, some players have reported missing characters. Best to create a thread in Help & Support over at Elysium.

Dear Nostalrius,

I am having trouble transfering my old Nostalrius characters to new Elysium account.

I have no recollection of my account name, i have tried all possible account names but nothing seems to work (and old WTF folder has been deleted). I do however have acces to my email used for registration, and the password. Is it possible to redeem my characters and transfer them to Elysium? or will i have to reroll.
