As some people here are saying that the PvE isn't happening, Nostalrius Staff has tweeted that their announcement will happen during the evening (Europe time zone). Do not pull any conclusion yet.

I cant wait to start a character and put in the time and effort to get him to 60. To experience the satisfaction of reaching those goals in the game etc... I never really got to experience this because by the time I joined Wrath had just dropped and Blizzard were already well on their way to butchering the game and dumbing it down. This is going to be my chance to make those memories that so many have from vanilla.. and doing it without relentlessly getting ganked by players who take joy in ruining the experience for others just starting out will be good.
