Well, that's completely up to the Nostalrius staff, as to my opinion, I don't think it would be possible as Nostalrius is a few 'patches' ahead of the potential PvE server that will launch, so I doubt this will happen.
c.
That's not gonna happen, although I still stand by my opinion that the population numbers are faked, the server is insanely popular and the larger side of the playerbase will probably side with the PvP server.
d.
When a server is so big as it is, it makes griefing and ganking a lot more common: Yes, it's a PvP server and 'hurr durr deal with it' but you are still ruining the gameplay experience for the individuals you are ganking.
