Am I the one who understand nothing about this statement?!
Just want to know one thing: will there be an official vanilla realm (or nostalrius keep alive) or not?!

The statement made it clear Nos Devs intend to be the active voice for vanilla servers and they hope to represent the movement. That's pretty much it, which implies a lot of things won't happen (releasing data, making more servers, etc) and official servers are still in the air.

it is a absolutely correct idea not releasing any code, even though they were developed by yourself. It is your IP, you have right to do what you want todo. Please ignore those people who seem desperately want the code.

meanwhile, most of the players want the same outcome as your guys, convincing Blizzard to bring back legacy server. If they want to do so, there must be a way to make it happen. I believe the meeting will be a breakthrough for all of us, even for Blizzard. I think they may truly need your help!!

I anticipate you will receive many criticisms when you gather thoughts and desires from WOW community, so please be prepared.

Anyway, your supporters are waiting for good news. If it is a bad news after a few weeks, at least we tried.

It's nice that you guys released the sandbox server, but can you also release the packet recorder you guys used to create the replay files?

Looks like they either charged valiantly into battle and surrendered, or caved in when Blizzard offered something of little or no value in return. The players who want Blizzard to offer vanilla servers represent a minority of the actual emulated vanilla community. They rest of us already know Blizzard will f*ck up a vanilla server if it actually happens. The Nost team could simply release the code and database now and players would be instantly happy again as quality alternatives start popping up.

I have played on Nost since day one and all these new people who just want the code are really annoying.

New player here, never tried Nostalrius, I did once try a Vanilla server but stopped after leaving the starting zone realising I'd created a character on a PvP server (PvE carebear here). I would love to kick back with my ex WoW mates at Nostalrius on weekends and would GLADLY pay a sub to do so. I really hope Blizzard stops ignoring this market and lets Nostalrius or works in conjunction with them to run a Vanilla WoW server. They have so missed the point with their solution of Pristine WoD servers.

i am kinda dissapointed to characters not being released you could atleast give that back to community. in the end i just feel like wasting a lot of my time here well gonna waste it on kronos now c ya and tnx for ur job i guess.
