I think that if they engage in this project then they need to break their policy of not getting involved in the community: for each minor creative change they should democratically poll whether it should or shouldn't be done. For example, increase the max number of debuffs from the start, which allows dot-based specs to actually work? Or allow people to exploit encounters like Vaelastresz until the proper patch comes out?
Nost did it almost perfectly, releasing important patches chronologically, almost RP-style. That should be the model.
Exactly, and if they do, they better not change the game more than nost did, but i think its a slippery slope, and im afraid they cant keep their hands off and feel the "urge" fo fix things - yeah that turned out great (looking at retail now)
