To do so, we will be monitoring the server tomorrow starting at 13:00 (server time) for 4 hours at least. The server uptime should be around 20-40 minutes during this maintenance. We will do our possible to prevent rollbacks by saving all the players more often.
Remember that at every crash we will get, we will be able to provide one fix.
Since the last week, more than 20 hidden crash sources have been identified and fixed.

However, since the remaining crash happens only a few times per day, we need to run our monitoring tools on longer periods (the cause may not show up in a one hour period of time).

This might just be a weird and unlucky coincidence, but last night I was doing the Tooga escort quest in Tanaris, and while doing that, the server crashed like 6 or 7 times within an hour, I had to restart the quest each time.
When I finally got angry enough to give up (no offense meant, was rather frustrating tho), the crashes stopped. As I said, I don't know how this quest could be related to anything, just struck me as weird and I thought reporting it couldn't hurt.

Damn I really feel sorry for you guys. Just for the fact that it seems you're being forced to play (I mean why else would you stick around?) on a server with so many problems.

This server hasn't "so many problems".

I think the server admins are doing a great job. They're actually working on the problem and communicating status updates to the end users. And they don't get paid to do this.

I don't understand why people are getting so upset about the disconnects and whining about raid progress. You're getting to play a game for free that you don't have do anything maintain.

Yeah, the server is buggy and unstable right now... but at least the admins are working to fix the issue. They could just tell you to go pound sand. If you can't deal with the disconnects and rollbacks, go play a different game. That's what I did.

All the people that are yelling at the admins to fix and telling them how crappy the server is... does nothing to fix the issue or motivate the developers who do this free of charge to get it going any faster.

Just my two cents...

I assume their mad because there was/is another option for a server out there with a very professional staff that released BWL a week earlier with zero issues. And that server often has an uptime of an entire week, and has pretty much never had a rollback.

They also had a badass trailer for their release of BWL

So go re-roll on Kronos. No one is stopping anyone from doing so.

Kronos lost out because they were late to the game. Unless Nost becomes unplayable in the long term due to these recent stability issues, I'm not re-investing a month or more of /played and I'm guessing most Nost players won't either.
