Could we get any response about the token generator problem status?

So, it says on the elysium website that hotmail adresses might not get the registration code at all. my nost account was registered on my hotmail adress. My gmail and hotmail both have the same name in them, but is there a risk that my account will be banned for "account trading"?

i pasted the token as instructed, but the account that transfered was empty, is their any chance that another one could be generated
