blizzard and activation are an evil corporate entity now.. their legal team are soulless, mindless yes-men. the only reason they are doing this is because the number of people drawn to this server is a threat to the game that they destroyed and want to continue to degrade. they are jealous, very.

If I thought it would make a bit of difference I would put the funds forward to allow you to fight them somewhat.
but the truth is that its a fight you cannot win. you put yourselves into this and they are taking it from you.

Thanks - but I would argue that Blizz abandoned this content as it is no longer available on their retail service. Feel free to msg me if you want to put up any kind of response letter to their actual demand letter - I know you guys don't want to pay legal fees, so I would be happy to assist in drafting it on a volunteer basis.

Couldn't you just start renaming all the armor / weapons / and npc's to funny names and then this "wow" server would be a parody of a vanilla blizzlike server and therefore be untouched by copyright laws

Played on Nostalrius since day 1, had two level 60 characters. Many memories were had and many friends were made. Thank you for everything Dev and GM team.
