A maintenance will be done starting from 13:00 today for about 4 hours to identify other crash sources. During this period, the server will be more unstable as usual.

It's a problem for one guild (you); any other hour could be far more devastating. Meaning, this maintenance hour is perfect for the server as a whole. Understand?

This server caters thousands and yet thousands of people, it is absolutely free and in my honest opinion pretty amazing compared to other private projects, minus a few cock ups here and there. Yet, some people do not stop for a second to open their heads about all kinds of shit and qq. Unless it's something that affects the whole realm and severely hurts the community, could you guys not reconsider going irl or postpone said events?
