PS: It doesn't matter if we can't login if there's no herbs/nodes or mobs anyways. That doesn't make any sense, why would I play a game if I cant even play it because it has to cater to as much people as possible at all times. I hope that if they EVER tinker with the player cap, it'll be after at least 3-4 weeks of constant 2hrs+ queues.
Edit: I seriously doubt it'll ever become that bad though, also I believe that what happened to the PVP server was a first in the private WOW server scene; expecting 5000+ players again is quite silly and not normal at all.

IMHO, Nostalrius Begins is so much popular because of the PvP feature. Take away that and see how popular it will be.
On the other hand, we, the PvE'r know exactly what we want/expect from the PvE server. PvP gameplay is by definition way more competitive than PvE. That is the main reason why people love it, it is like a sport, challenging in it's own way, while PvE people have their own goals, and like to play in a more laid-back way.
And, you doomsayers, do you realize that taking out the queue takes jus a small fix?
When....no, IF the queue will be a mean one, the devs can rise it bit by bit as they please. Still prefer the queue and 'normal' population than a mob. Currently playing on Primal with ~ 300 population. No problems getting in parties and people do raid, mostly semi-PUgs (more than one guild for 40 raids). Ok, cross-faction RDF makes things easy but still more than playable. On a PvE server, without wPvP, why is it fun to play with 8000 players?
