Whith this move you have proven that the nostalrius team cannot be trusted. So if you start any new server, no matter how legal it is, nobody gonna go there. So blizzard could say: we told you, there hasn't been any real demand for commercial vanilla servers, these legacy fans just cheap pirates who dont wanna pay subscription fee.
So even if you manage to start up legal vanilla servers, you just ruined it right now. Big step backwards.
