Please tell everyone you know about the new server! It is very important that we have as many people as possible logged in to it on Sunday. To show NOS the huge demand there is for a Vanilla PvE server.

it should be fine, i know this isn't 100% relevant but on realmpop.com right now 45% of all players are on pve servers in eu and in us 58%

"When realm hits 2500+ pop for 10 minute period, system message will be sent announcing that realm has oficially launched and no wipe will occur.
If realm peaks below 2500 players, it will launch after a week, also, a message will be given on both realms."

Personally love the idea of a new realm with fresh economy , especially PvE .

I believe that if an actuall split of the community happens , it will be for the best of both realms ( pve and pvp respectively ) and their economy , not to mention server load & delay .

Let's not forget that people love to have options , if the Nos dev team provides players worldwide with such it will be greatly appretiated .

it's funny how people say the community will divide. In my case, im actually NOT PLAYING nostalrius right now, but with the PvE server im coming back, as i think many others will do too.

There's a lot of people in this situation. For months after Nostalrius launch, the population grew and grew and peaked somewhere around 8.5 to 9K. While this was and continues to be one of its greatest strengths, it's also one of its greatest weaknesses; the server started experiencing terrible lag/delay during peak hours with frequent performance issues once the population exceeded around 6K making it nearly unplayable for many people. A lot of them have since quit playing until the performance issues were addressed, either through better hardware or the opening of more realms.

I'm brand new to the community. So first of all a big hello to everyone!
I do hope this realm materializes as I would love to take part in such an opportunity. Reading through some of these responses it's easy to see some mixed feelings in this discussion. However, aside from the debate, I wanted to add my observations: Your community is not only active but the people seem to care about being involved. Nice! Not to mention this seems to be attracting new comers as well.

Well, hope to get to know some of you on a new server How exciting! Now I'm off to go figure out what server time is...
