Yes, STV one of my fav zones. Will be nice to experience it without the ganks.

It'll truly be nice to enjoy all the zones without the ganks. Honestly, as each day passes I'm more and more excited for the launch of this PvE server!

Smoother leveling, more fair world PvP, and truly getting to experience every little wonderful nook and cranny in vanilla.

See you all in Stranglethorn! <3

There are options you know.

Mostly I avoided STV. I didn't start any quests there until I was in my high 30's. So far ganking has not been a problem for me. The only attempted ganking ended up with me getting several HK's off of a 39 who was trying to harass a bunch of 30-32's.

On a PvP server you pretty much have to quest in green zones. (Zones where the mobs are all green, or even gray, to you.) On a PvE server you can quest in gold or orange zones. There are also out of the way places you can quest, and of course, there are always instances. Yes, you might have to run, die, rez a few times to get into an instance, but once in it, there is no ganking problem.

ALSO - on a PvP server, people can organize - they can group up to counter gankers.

I'm just offering some suggestions for people who want to continue to play, while waiting for the PvE server. Maybe it will still be weeks and weeks away. Maybe when it arrives it will fill up so fast, you can't get in.

I just want people to be able to play and to have some fun.

It's world of WARcraft you carebear lol.

Not on the PvE server you ganking scrub

You are calling me a ganking scrub when you don't even know me lol. I never attack greys not even greens. I would like to think most live by that code but obviously not all do. You also just said PvE servers are not world of warcraft. Which is true. You will be playing World of Peacecraft. Have fun on your care free server though. Sounds like it'll be a real exciting experience

PvE is about the real war, killing murlocs before they can breed...

Nah, it's World of WarCRAFT you psychopath lol.

So put your axe down and get yourself employed at an Orgrimmar sweatshop for 10 coppers a day making Simple Blue Robes for the Eastern Kingdoms.

That should be legion's minigame that turns out to be the whole content for the xpac:

Omg! A wow weapon shop??

You make the weapons for your followers, and they go out and do raids for you. Sadly, I just realized that would actually make it more interesting than what retail is at the moment. Wow...
There are no two sides, there's only the group.

Wish I had read about this before rolling on PVP, all I can do now is sit on my warlock with no desire to quest. Can't wait for the PVE realm to open. At least I'm only level 22.

No worries. I deleted my paladin at lvl 58 on purpose. ;)
Its more like world of Waitcraft. Its true on the PVP server, and its true for the PVE server.

Do they still plan to do cross server BG's?, seems like a really bad idea pvp server players will not only have a time advantage, they will also have access to items form raid 5-6 months early making it pointless for any pve server ppl to even que
