I'd suggest putting some overlay music on and maybe low volume/mute as well. due to the Ventrilo chat and extremely loud mashing of a keyboard

#struggle in dungeon set gear.

should also trigger some people too

(prot pally with TF, spell book clicking, and really bad gameplay)

When in game you simply change the realm to the PTR realm.
