Because the 11th (aka tomorrow) is when there's supposed to be an announcement of some sort, and people believe that since it is the 10th anniversary of WoW's launch for Europe that Nostalrius'll be announcing the server being released tomorrow (11th) as well.

Considering that the last session ended on Saturday night, and there is currently no account-making system in place to create said accounts for the servers, and that the site hasn't any signs of additional information being added to the front page yet (unless it's in the background and waiting) I'm safely going to guess that, if anything, it is a release DATE that we will be getting, not the servers officially -opening-. That said, while the hype is great and I do enjoy it, let's remember that being patient grants you a lot more in the end. =)
