Can't they just move the server to a country where Blizzard can't do shit... People could voluntarily donate directly for the server costs without getting any benefits in game of course. Maybe you could even host it on better machines if there are people whiling to pay, which I am sure there are, some are saying they would pay a sub fee if retail did classic servers so....
