lol, people getting mad that Nost Team doesn't want to be sued into oblivion.
You don't think Blizzard took down the names of all the visiting team members? It's like people don't realize that most of the Western Countries have signed the DMCA.
People are all "ooo, but they are safe in Russia"...buuuuullllsshiiiit they are. If you believe that then go talk to the people over at Slysoft (makers of AnyDVD). They were based in Antigua, which DIDN'T EVEN SIGN THE DMCA. Yet they're gone; reborn under *gasp* a different name!
...hell, I doubt they'd be safe even in China. All Blizzard has to do is "have a talk" with who ever is licensed to publish World of Warcraft in that country, by
suggesting that if they want to continue raking in the money from this license, that they should "persuade" the law enforcement to "chat" with the server host that Nost would use. -- Yes, I know I made it sound like it's some mafia family. Might not be in name, but it certainly is in practice. That's how stuff works; money and words are exchanged and suddenly competition disappears, either through corporate takeovers or C&Ds.

OH SNAP! Perfect advertisement idea.
Have the Elysium logo (looks like they need one?) 'peal away' to reveal the Nost logo done to the song that plays in the original 'Vanilla intro cinematic'.
Complete with a 'serious' parody (because "parody" usually implies silly) of that cinematic. -- Show the world that Kronos isn't the only server to get bad ass videos.

EDIT: After reading some more, the question that should really being asked in this thread is how many of us are going to pick up on the old Nost PVP, or re-roll on this new Nost PVP server that apparently is suppose to happen (current list looks to be: Old PVP, PVE, New PVP)
