Another way of easily fixing this exploit without raising the limit too early would be to put Burning Adrenaline Debuff the highest priority, so that it can't be bumped off. As simple as that, wouldn't it?

That should work, although that would just as "non-blizzlike" as increasing debuff slots I think, for what it's worth. I don't think there are too many negatives to doing so earlier.

No... this exploit was fixed in Patch 1.8.0:

"Fixed a bug that caused the debuff "Burning Adrenaline" to be removed if enough other debuffs were applied to the target. "

I dont't think players dislike that they avoid reverse engineering bugs considered exploiting (well most of them aren't getting reverse engineered atleast).
