Nostalrius Begins PVE realm announcement

Just as I suspected. As soon as Nost made their announcement Stormrage announced their date. I think it's good to have 2 fresh servers at the same time though it will be interesting to watch them both grow.

And one week earlier...if both are capped to 2500k probably population will balance between them.

Yeah I know thats why I suggested 18:00 but an official information would be great

Nostalrius would be wise to move their launch to friday and have it at 18:00 CEST, obviously most of us would want the whole weekend to grind out the first 20 levels.

In other words, you want/need botlike players just so you can steamroll them with your heavily gold invested twink, for fun

Maybe ppl should move on if there isn't enough players in that pool anymore instead of whining they need more sacrificial lambs
or play on another (lvl 60) toon
or organize something with other faction (twink day or something)

Twink or not, there is now more choice for players, especially players who started late on PvP server
Maybe they want to do (low lvl) BGs without the twinks, cross BG would mess that up so please no
If you want PvP while leveling im more than sure you will find it everywhere but maybe that is too scary for you.

It all depends on scripting and stability now, especially if nost has the 2.5k cap on their server, that could potentially mean there are two pve servers with 2.5k players on each. Which by the way, would be fucking awesome

People keep talking about the 2.5k cap from the test. They stated 10k in the trailer.

I took the 2.5k to be for the temporary server they set up on August 23rd.

Obviously a lot of people need staff to clarify this.

Yes, I'm a bit confused on this.

I was aso confused from very first moment after i've seen the trailer. Personally i really hope that the upcoming PvE realm will be limited for 2.500 players only. That's one of the me main reasons why i wanna play on this server. I would rather stay couple of minutes in queue than play on unlimited/overpopulated server where economy and respawn timing is broken. Not to mention higher latency, server crashes/instability...etc.

Yeah the 2.5k cap is a huge selling point for the server. I guess it will make my choice between PVE server projects pretty easy if they decide not to cap it.
