Theloras, if you want to argue that the coefficient was changed during vanilla, you are free to dig through the patch history to check. But a major overhaul of spell damage coefficients did not occur until Burning Crusade. I suppose it could be argued that the coefficients applied during technically vanilla in the sense that the coefficients were probably applied in the 2.0 Pre-TBC patch, but we're not going to go beyond 1.12.2 here.
As for your continual whinging on the subject of properly interpreting your character's spell damage, either deliver the actual total of spell damage or shut up.
