Simple: Unplayable..
The game simply isn't made for that many players.

I already feel its kind of unplayable on Nostalrius now. 4mil on one server? There is limit for everything.

Nostalrius has passed this limit, people call it 'true hardcore', for me it looks like a deep mess. I would rather have 'vanilla like server' with 'vanilla like online'.

idd this they would have to scale the world to such amount of players. lorewise the maps would are waaaaaaaaaaay bigger . if they ever mad e awow 2 with realistic sized zones then probably it might work but not like this

i dont think anyone would get past spawning until everybodies computer just dies. Dont think they would handle that many people at the same time.

I actually like it as it is in Nostalrius, always people grouping with, altough sometimes it can be abit to much but rather that than a dead ghosttown i guess.

Making realistic sized maps in a video game is a terrible idea. Look at sandbox games, there is a reason why most all of them are in a single city, no one wants to spend 2-3 hours walking/riding just to get through a single zone.

Goldshire for example was originally going to be a lot bigger, but then Blizzard realized if they were to do that they would have to make every other town just as big, which was way too much work just to make it seems like a full town.

that really depends on the players. i wouldnt mind a bigger goldshire or a bigger world to mss with or explore, besides now every side is in 2 capitals instead of 1. it wouldnt make it much worse. eh but instead of this id rather have a warcraft 4 anyway
