While it's been confirmed that dwarves do feature in the Warcraft movie and can indeed be glimpsed in the trailer I'm pretty confident that the frame you highlighted isn't a dwarf, but rather one of Durotan's Frostwolf clan members that accompanies him to the Searing Gorge to meet King Llane.

If it's anyone apart from just a random clan member it may be Drek'thar and likely the same Orc I've highlighted in the top image here:
