Banned from Twitch - how to create a new account?

Hey guys, I wonder if you knew something about this:

I got banned for streaming Nostalrius.
I accept my ban but I can't create a new account, is my IP banned? (I deleted cookies from my browser and it still says I'm banned).

Is there anything I can do to create a new account?
