As you know there is dictatorship in Russia, and you can be killed by bear on bicycle for any offence =))

They kind of have image that they only care about offense to russian government, not anything western But that is then probably just a stereotype

Rebirth was hosted in Russia for a short time, before they moved. Also, this this is the same government who is hosting Snowden & under the current political climate it's doubtful any US-based company would have much success proving their case...

I played on Valkyrie before and had a lot of fun. Will probably go back to check out what is happening there. AQ20 apparently open but not AQ40.

edit: I just logged over to Valkyrie and for one week they have x3 experience rates and will transfer our Nost characters if that info is made available.
