It isn't TBC, but I'm playing on Vanilla.re. It's just an early-access server so far, but the staff is very professional and it's doing well. I just got my mage to 18 and am ready for Deadmines!

Server is based in Canada and I'm having a ping of 110 from EU which is not too bad. Sometimes the ping is higher initially when you log in but actually goes down a bit. Try it out .

Our whole guild migrated there from the PvE server and we're having a good time so far. Yes there are some bugs but nothing game breaking and with the PlayTbc fiasco more and more are joining the server. Yesterday we had 1k online at EU peak time . And most importantly the devs actively communicate with the players in IRC, forums and via server messages.

I went ham on Vengeance WoW today and had a blast, despite the bugs. They'll get a lot more serious about developing the server if more people play (the pop until a few days ago was ~40, and now it's several hundred).
