On my high pop server, the WoD zones have been the least populated for months, with maybe 5-10 players at peak. Starting/leveling zones like Silverpine or Hillsbrad had been averaging 20-40 fairly consistently. Though even that's collapsed recently. It's now a low pop server. A lot of players are giving up on WoW.

it's because of the homogenization of classes, there is almost no diversity anymore

farmville garrisons literally no reason to go out into the world

teleporting to dungeons

lack of any content at end game.


so people will log in, take a week and clear all the content, then get bored of the game and then leave. there is almost no work to be put into it

i came back to WoW after skipping mop to check out Wod cuz of the hype. I thought the starting was good until i went to my first dungeon and unlocked garrisons. My first question after like 3 dungeons was this..

"Why isn't the bosses dropping anything, this is bullshit!"

Too which after 3 mins someone responded with this.

"Loot the boss, everyone gets their own personal loot specifically designed for them."

After reading that i logged off and went to go look for another game to waste my time.

One positive aspect about this is that it prevents ninjas looters.
