Seeing all these trolls 24/7 and such little activity on the forums compared to the server is quite depressing, I agree. Maybe the PvE forum would be a breath of fresh air.

I actually stopped playing because of the insane bottleneck for raiding @ 55+. I literally couldn't get a Charasis group going to save my life. Fucking <Empire> running the show over there and I tried to go w/ an anti-zerg guild. Woops. Was still fun, though. Glad I found it for the feels. But I will probably be playing WoW emu's for the forseeable future.

Yeah, p99 was a lot of fun until that bottleneck. The special treatment Sirken's friends get is a turn off, too. I was in Azure Guard until I got banned for calling GMs on their bullshit. He banned us once for sending 5 people to help Europa on a raid. It was their turn in rotation, they needed some help killing something, we helped them and let them have all the loot ect.

Banned. Can't touch raid merbs that aren't yours in the rotation, even when both guilds had agreed that sending some help was fine and welcome. Don't talk about how IB and TMO basically set up a rotation for class c stuff in VP though.


It is what it is, though. Between Sirken's fat ass, the shifty daybreak agreement, and that bottleneck, it really isn't worth it in the long run.

I actually agree with this entire post. Save for the fact I was on Red99. I really cant even imagine the raid scene on Blue with almost triple the population. I mean 1-2k players on an EQ classic server? Holy poopsock. Couldn't do it.

It's funny, though. <IB> started to push <TMO's> shit in on Blue so they all moved over to Red. I mean it was fucking flooded with a bunch of randoms w/ TMO tags. They got trolled super hard in World chat but eventually they started leveling and giving that wPVP right back to us. I was killed by them several times. Too bad the PVP in that game is a complete joke. Super melee hitboxes ftw! -_-

Good to see another EQ bretherin here. Not enough of us old timers playing. Playing this Emu reminded me why I left EQ in the first place. It was literally like 99-'05 all over again. Too much fun.
