if you watch the reviews he always level around 20 to show a bit of early game and the common bugs you can notice immediately, then he ask for a high level char to show the mid/endgame and are only test chars, he didn't get any advantage or free chars.
nos isn't a bad server but we all know that it get all the players because the release was rushed, and ppl tend to go where there are more ppl (see lolten). if he enjoyed more kronos and he think it deserve more ppl that's all.
if you aren't happy with this you can pay him like 15$ at hour for level a char from 1-60 in both servers and make an in-depth review.
plus the best thing of pservers is that they are free, so you can try both without have to trust the word of anyone.
and for last i never regret a server that dodgy show positively.

i play on both servers and like i said before, anyone can try and find what it suit better.

Since you are basing your opinion on what your friend told you, I'm not surprised how wrong you are about Kronos, please get your facts straight first: 2 major opinions of yours i disagree with and am certain that they're wrong - 1. the major crashes were resolved pretty fast (on day 2 Kronos's login server even got its dedicated login server instead of sharing it with Twinstars minor projects as on launch day) which also helped with these issues; 2. Pay to Win: is a total myth, stuff you can actually buy for your character is only vanity pets, mount, cosmetic items, the character trade/auction is subject to a lot of discussions, but in my personal experience, it does not harm the game feel in any noticeable way. Also the community you were referring to, I highly doubt majority of the population is Russian, I'd say more like Czech, because Twin is a Czech project with Kronos being the first purely international one.
About the accusations you make against Kronos team and Dodgy here - you can check yourself how much work is put into Kronos and resolving any issues that come up via the BugTracker and I'm fairly certain that the low level areas and end-game are the main focus of the dev team so if Dodgy covered only these as in any of his reviews and missed some issue occurring in the middle, not his fault; and the fact, that he received a testing character from the dev team directly? In the reviews I checked he always tried to look into end-game content as well and as that content is the most valued by Kronos team, they certainly wanted to make sure he covers that too

Really? A friend of mine played on Kronos. The zones are empty, the community and chat filled with russians and rude people. The server is very unstable with disconnects and rollbacks every 30 min. I truly believe him and that's why I play here.

Well, all I can say is that your friend is straight up lying if he says the channels are "filled with russians". He probably saw one or two russians comments and then was sooo butthurt because he didnt understand what they said that he had to overstate that "fact". I play there for hours everyday and I rarely ever see any russian text, the vast majority talk english, so its simply not true.

Good, good.. maybe faction pop on Kronos goes over 200 during non-eu prime time. We need at least some mediocre attempt at posing as competition, so Nost staff doesn't go all fat and lazy.
