How to get rid of Noxx's (or other) obnoxious signature

i dont know why but its now automatically blocking noxx signature, ive done nothing at all
but.....could we not just have banned him?

If I wanted to be obnoxious I would not have bothered to reduce the GIF from its original size (unlike Noxx). Mine is also not flashy or anything so I fail to see why it vexes you so much.

I could however upload it 137 times and use each different URL in a rotating image program making it near impossible to fully block the image unless you were to "Foe" me. Would that make things better?

If you use chrome, get the addon text only. You can active it on any page, it reload it with black and white text only. No more stupid meme image either.
