i agree, we certainly need a bug tracker and we need it ASAP! all the forums are spammed with bug reports and no one is paying any attention to them..

I don't care so much for a bug tracker as I do for a changelog. If the bug report service in-game is working as intended and is satisfactory to the players then that is enough.

What we DO need is some sort of changelog or report from our developers telling us what they did to the server each time its been brought down. I'm assuming of course that the server needs to be taken down in order to make changes, so it is nice to know what those changes are. This also educates the players on what bugs have been fixed so we don't need to keep harassing GMs about them and it will also provide future players with a history of updates they can read through.

This is basically the same idea as Blizzard Patch Notes.

Maybe bug report tickets they're getting are somehow sorted with a different program. Did you think about that?
