The true blizzlike experience was for most jumping in to tbc with your 60 char, that's why you have the option to, you're not obligated

I would have much preferred the Nost approach of developing your toon on a Vanilla server and copy it to TBC down the road. I am not interested in leveling through Vanilla content to play a TBC-focused server.
