Taking steps to try to avoid Blizzard's legal dickhammer is wise, but I think you're jumping the gun here. Many players are going to wait to see what becomes of Nost and Blizzard before investing into a new server. If that doesn't go anywhere, then you could have tried to get their source code to host with. Nost had the best programmed private server on the world, nearly mirroring retail perfectly.

We are only group of developers that will spend couple hours of our time to make our own source working well, getting Nostalrius source is pointless to be honest we want our own core created, we cant offer services as Nostalrius did, but we will try to make our community works as Nostalrius did.

First of all, huge thanks it means alot to me.

Second: I know that people are frustrated and sad of what happend to Nostalrius, i've personally played also Nostalrius, was really fun though, but hey you cant change that, you decided to play private server, but Nostalrius made fault with allowing sharing content around youtube/twitch. Mostly it was the biggest fault, big youtubers and streamers shared content, easy catch for blizzard.
Sad it happen, I'll make sure to introduce my server as best as i can, once again thank you for your comment

Server is moved to our live machine. Our core is fully fixed, with only database left issues over 85% of content is fixed. Thanks to our self and Antz owner of Mangos
