maybe think for yourself and try it? yeah, it's a shit server using stock mangos but don't let others tell you it is shit you must see for yourself.

Hi there.

I'm one of the players that tried different servers after Nostalrius.

Every server so far has disappointed me, and especially most of the community, but Elysium so far seems really good.

They changed the core almost last minute so there are obviously still bugs that aren't pretty helpful but the Team is restarting the server on a daily basis with around 5-10 times to fix something.

The team overall seems competent and the server itself has a huge potential.

Giving Elysium a try atm, the speed at which the staff is fixing bugs is pretty impressive. It definitely has the potential to be the next big thing if they keep it up.

Haha I agree. Going to wait it out though. I'm a super casual player, only put a few hours a week. The one good thing I keep hearing is that they do fix bugs very quickly so maybe in a month it'll be in a better state. For now, I'll kill time on K2.

glad to see others are interested in elysium! the launch was rocky as hell but now it is perfect (from what i've played getting to level 24). Our guild <Molten Core Swimteam> will be staying here and making it our new home. There are some extremists getting elysium streamers banned off twitch and spreading FUDD (Fear Uncertainty Doubt and Disinformation) on the wowservers reddit. It is all too obvious when you compare what is said there and in this thread.

I hope more people decide to play on elysium. we are peaking at 900-1000 everyday and would love to see it hit 2k.

I really like how you can only choose one faction, cant have both. Thats as blizzlike as it gets back in the day. Anything beats the lagfest/crashfest that is k1/k2. hate kronos character auctions and how gnomes can be on kodos etc. The pop is back over 1k again, which is a better sign. Looked like it might be dead in the water a few days ago.

You'll all know that I'm going to wait for Crestfall to launch and 100% commit to that.

But you know what? I really want good competition and an exponential growth in private servers. So I wish Elysium all the best and those that play on it.

Bug Fixes speed is extremely good compare to Nostalrius, GM's are friendly and communicate Mature.

And most important!

Holy Resistance is removed! Items with All Resistance will not offer Holy Resistance.

Only Holy Resist work with "Level Based Resistance" . (Pure Blizzlike).

There is no Private server that have this issue fixed.

If you are Paladin , Elysium is the best server for you.
