Not at all, just playing there for the last 3 days and read up about it a lot, talked to a lot of players that HAVE been there for the whole run instead of the people that went up and left as soon as shit happened. Don't talk about it like you know everything about the server because, well you don't. Unless you can confirm you personally know Muggle and what she's up to right now it's all hearsay for me.

Al the people playing right now do not confirm any of the claims you are making, nor does it have to do with what the server is up to right now. For me this is absolutely not personal, I don't understand where you got that from, All I try to do is getting people there who want to try out a nice server without any hype.

Hold up, you've been playing there for 3 fucking days and you say other people don't know everything about the server? Are you kidding me? Being on a server for 3 days does not mean you know everything that happened in the entire past year it's been up. Also, the people on the server you spoke with most likely have a biased opinion, they are players of that server. Rhoen was a player on Rebirth many moons ago, I'd rather believe his story than yours.

rebirth stole money from their playerbase and then brushed it under the rug. Do with that what you will.

That story is getting old, yes it is true and yes it was fucked up, but the guy that did that is long gone and forgotten.

Muggle is doing an excellent job with his team.

Well, actually Muggle was dishonest about the stolen money the whole time and protected Bryan Sampica to the end of that drama. She only confirmed what was leaked because she had no choice. This was not that long ago.

As for better scripts, not even stiches was scripted. I'm sure what they did script was well scripted but i think it has the least scripting of any of the servers i have been on and i have tried 4 vanilla servers.

It was a nice community and i had fun there, it's good if you don't want to get addicted because it is down a lot. So plenty of time for the gym etc.
