WoW vanilla in spanish?

I have a few friends that have problems with english language and I wasnt able to find the game in Spanish in this patch, would love if someone could help me out in some sort of way ? D=
I stopped playing a bit since Im waiting for them but I dont know if there is any way to patch it in Spanish in this patch or if in the near future will be possible?

(I looked a lot for it and couldn't find that much info, maybe i suck at finding it but... )

if you download a spanish client it will not change the name of items/npc´s etc. as they are saved serverside.

So its not possible? =( if i download the spanish client what does it change?
will it ever be possible?
