The Following was said by Robert Kotick

"Most of the 20 years, that I have provided for growth at Activision, we were content to make products that are attractive to the 16-35 year old guy who has gotten no date for Saturday night."

"We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games."

"I think we definitely have been able to instill the culture, the skepticism and pessimism and fear that you should have in an economy like we are in today. And so, while generally people talk about the recession, we are pretty good at keeping people focused on the deep depression."

and many more, jsut google it.

Bobby Kotick is such a horrible stain upon the gaming industry, I honestly think that no gamer would shed a tear if he got fired/forced to step down/choked on some bad McDonald's food.

Seriously, reading the crap he says is one of the few things that will actually get me angry over the internet and start to rage, because investors will actually encourage him to try it out.

Yet, the 30% drop in subscribers in just 1 financial quarter is a good sign that no Bobby Kotick, we do have our limits and we will vote in the only way you can feel the hurt: with our wallets.
