No that's stupid, this is an English speaking server and if you don't speak English you don't belong here. Your native language shouldn't matter.

I think it DOES matter. Its will be possible to make some statistic how multilingual is our community. It can be helpful for people to decide play this server ot not. You see, too many players are leaving game cause get some language or culture problems. No one, who speaks English as non-main language, feels good in non-main community. They are looking for same-language players or guilds.
So as I said, this stat can be... no, it must be helpful.

I speak Dwarven but I mostly use Common.

I speak Danish, but everyone on the server is well aware of the fact that the server is in English. So I see no point in changing anything, since it's much easier for everyone if everything is just in English.
