Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello guys,
I have a problem and Im not able to fix that by myself.
When Im home I can play on nostalrius without any problems. However, since last week I cannot play or even get on website, while being on dormitories. (Eventhough it was working for couple weeks without problem)
After typing my user name and password it instantly says "unable to connect"
And when trying to get on website.....doesnt working aswell.
I think it might be due to your ddos protection or something like that, because internet connection I have on dormitories is shared with thousands of users. Or maybe the internet provider is blocking certain pages, because Its hapenning me quite often, that I cannot get on website.
Do you have any ideas, tips, advices with this issue ?

It is very common for universities to have comprehensive firewall services that block certain IP ranges and certainly block many ports. This saves their bandwidth as it prevents students from playing online games or running filehosting servers or torrenting and so on.

Your best bet is to contact the IT Department of your college/university/whatever that "owns" the dormitory.
