I pretty much expect to the same fate from this server tommorow, crashes and bugs, it is a private server you know, and its not going be 100 percent perfect.

Hold your horses there bud, Nos' release might not be so great, releases are never very stable to be honest.

im not even talking about the crashes i found at least 50 bugs in first 5 mins, and you randomly die and end up in hinterlands every 10 minutes lol

This crash testing should have been worked out well before a public beta release. Kronos screwed up here. I will agree with the above poster that it's rare to have a server roll out without crash issues on its maiden day, but... I dunno. I expected a bit better. I get the feeling that the dev staff is competent and will have it ironed out in a few days at most.

Don't take the above as an advertisement. I'd rather play here.

In other news, within the 30 minute mark of Kronos launching their beta there was a global announcement that over 1600 players were logged in. Considering that this was US time of 10:35 ish Pacific, when most of the USA players are in school or are at work... this more or less answers the question "what the population on Nostalrius be like?"

I'm estimating well over 2000 players tomorrow, probably closer to the 3000 mark.

i am usually the last one to show any empathy (ask my guildmaster ) towards anything but i kind of feel sorry for the kronos team
in general for all dev teams
a group of people just want to bring something fun to the players, paying it off "mostly" out of their own pockets and all you get are retards going "LELELELE XDDDD SERVER SUCKS LMAO LOLOLOL XDDDD"

if i was in charge of kronos i'd just sack all the donation money, split it even on everyone who worked on it and throw a big "FUCK YOU" towards the shitty community

Probably close to 1200 players would be my guess for tomorrow, I really reeally hope they're ready.
