Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey guys, I was just curious if there is an alternate zone for leveling well through the 20's for Horde. In Hillsbrad there was a gnome rouge camping Tarren Mills for 8 Hours. That can be expected, because Hillbrad is always bad. What's surprising is that In sun rock retreat there has been a Nelf warrior hugging the main outlet for 6 hours.(I log off intermittently, come back and they are still there.) They were on yesterday, all day the day before yesterday, and for the previously stated times today. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, I actually love pvp, but I have never seen people camp to the extent that I see on this server. I have leveled characters on other servers, and always used STM and hillsbrad to level through my 20's.

tldr; does any one have good advice for making it through the 20's or a good zone that's not contested? Im tired of getting camped and killed, and only getting 1 bar for 3 plus hours of playing at lvl 23.

You will have to grit your teeth and bear it. Some people are just so bad at pvp they have to take on people 20+ levels below them so they think they have skill.

Get screenshots or video of it happening multiple times in a row (like you resurrected, he killed you, you ran back and res'd again, he killed you again, etc) and report it to a GM. I would think this would fall under harassment when it goes beyond 2 times in a row but only way to find out is to report it to a GM.

Agreed. GM's need to intervene when the real neckbeards are destroying the server's population.

Somehow I doubt 2x is going to be the limit.

I chose hillsbrad over stm based off death run length. STM was brutal if you were up north.

Gl, when in doubt, find a secluded spot and mob grind.

But it gets worse. Stv is way more intense than either of those.

For the record I don't think they should intervene at all - Blizz didn't, this was part of the game. You needed to be able to deal with shit like this, for example by making friends and helping each other out (a guild is one form of this.)

All I am saying is, the GMs either will consider this harassment or not - and I said beyond 2x which basically means 3+ for those who misread - so to me if 3+ in a row isn't harassment, then I don't know as 5 or 7 times will be any different.

Or play a diff char while you wait and they waste their time on your corpse.

6-8 hours? and day after day, that's pathetic tbh, and quite clearly they are not going anywhere. They literally must have no life

no matter how annoying it is i dont think they will do anything about it. while making a ticket it even says corpsecamping isnt for tickets, best thing to do is find another way to lvl around it. plaguethong for example was farming the burning steppes fp for a month of not longer , hated him when i was lvl 51 for it. but there is not much you can do about it. its a heavily populated server and people will do this. no matter how much it sucks. do a dungeon or 2 to dodge that area or log out and get rested until hes gone, or go to a different area. or just be stubborn like me and q despite being killed until you are done there

Get an active guild with various high levels in it that could be willing to aid you in this sort of thing so that your levelling isn't halted by some random nolife.
