1) Find posting with signature that is offensive to basic human decency.
2) Right click signature image/gif
3) Oh yeah have Adblock installed
4) From the right click menu, go to Adblock -> Block this ad
5) Instead of messing with the slider that pops up, click "Advanced - block by url"
6) Pretty much default selections on this page are good enough to prevent further eye cancer, but mess with them if you want to. I made it only block the image when it appears on nos forums.

You can also use "uBlock". Same exact thing as AdBlock but uses much less resources.
