whose audiovisual content is primarily
stored on the developer’s server, such as
massive multiplayer online role-playing
games.

You're kind of missing the point here. The point of the article was that, even with the exception, this is still a landmark in video game copyright legislation, and a celebration of what's to come.

Yes, for now, but again, that's not the point. It's all about what we have to look forward to in the coming months, and or years, as the movement goes foward. It's about the potential, for the later inclusion of the MMO genre. Let's try to be long sighted. :D
